Just my opinion but the Vikings would be crazy to throw that money at Cousins. All they need pretty much is a game manager. I think AJ Mccarron would thrive with them for way less money.

If that is the case they should just keep Case Keenum.   He had very good game manager stats  11 wins, 3 losses,  22td, 7ints, 236.5 yds per game and 98.3 rating

Guy sounds like a total turd.

Yep. He was a really good football player at one point though. I don't even think we should kick his tires, was just adding another bigger name player that got released. The Bengals are bigger fans of cut players than actual UFAs so they don't lose precious comp picks.

From Pro Football Talk;

Chris Baker visited Bengals

After being released by the Buccaneers after one season, Chris Baker got a jump on free agency.

He put it to good use.

According to Chick Hernandez of NBC Sports Washington, Baker visited the Bengals yesterday and took a physical, and is expected to end up there.

Baker’s been a solid player, but the Bucs grew tired of him quickly, after he incited a shouting match among teammates.

The 30-year-old former Washington defensive tackle may have found a safe harbor, as the Bengals have never shied away from big personalities or other people’s question marks. And with Pat Sims hitting free agency, they could use a complement up front for Geno Atkins.

Seen some good things from this guy, wouldn't be a bad signing.

Baker's interesting. The Bucs stuff from last year doesn't sound good.

But he was pretty damn good in Washington and their GM Scot McGlouchlan (sp?) swore by him. Tough guy who was really good against the run.

I'm assuming it would take something in neighborhood of $3M per year to sign him and he would be a little bit of an upgrade over Pat Sims as a run-stuffing rotation guy at DT.
