|High School Harry|
Anybody thinking the Bengals might eventually welcome Adam "Pacman" Jones back into their locker room would be mistaken, according to a report first made by NFL Media. Jones is expected to sign with the Denver Broncos. The connection makes sense with Broncos head coach Vance Joseph, who was Jones' position coach from 2014-15. Jones was with the Bengals organization from 2010-17. He battled incidents off the field during his time, including an arrest caught on video in January of 2017. On the field, he was a key contributor for multiple playoff teams, playing in 100 games and starting 68. He had 12 interceptions and returned a punt for a touchdown. The Bengals host the Broncos on Dec. 2 at Paul Brown Stadium. A thought exists the Bengals would dial up Jones this preseason as they struggled to see consistency beyond the top three corners on the roster. Instead, they brought in journeyman corner C.J. Goodwin, who has impressed in his limited time with the club.
