Bengals vs Colts Official Game Day Thread...

Anybody else notice that on any tackle where a helmet makes a noise on equipment the defender looks up desperately to see if there's a flag?  This isn't football.

I have no bias in this, but I am watching NFL Redzone.  The NFL might as well make the rule, you can't touch the QB unless he goes past the line of scrimmage.

Put flags on them.  No joke, it would actually be better for the defense than this cupcake shit.

You know what?  If I'm a defender in today's NFL, I'd be saying "fuck you", as in, I'm hitting the same I always have and I dare you to call it all game.  There is just no way to play the game with the subjective helmet rule.

I’m still amazed that you can’t review  critical penalties like that. Baffles me to no end. It’s too quick for a human being to make a judgement call like that.

Yep.  That Williams ejection didn't happen until the refs heard the crowd reaction and watched the replay a few times.  Shit always looks way worse in slow motion.

Lol the announcer - "What a game this is!".  Yeah, if you like to watch referees decide football games, this is must-see TV!

Edit:  Let me clarify that I don't absolve the Bengals one bit for being the actual reason we're losing, but the refs have way too much involvement for anyone to have any confidence they can try to come back.
