spicoli
That's my guy right there. Dude is a magician getting the output he does with shit for QB's and no RB's.
I_C_Deadpeople
The Jets have also been linked to Monken, who was the head coach at Southern Miss before joining Dirk Koetter’s staff in Tampa. Former Jets and current Buccaneers quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick endorsed Monken this week. “I’m telling you: He’s got it,” Fitzpatrick said, via Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News. “He’s got the ‘It factor’ as a head coach.”

Madieu Superstar
At this point, Monken is my number 1 choice. Has called plays. Familiar with the college, spread offense. Did a very good job reviving Southern Miss. His cousin is a very good coach at Army who surrounded himself with some innovative assistants. Hopefully that’s hereditary. My my only concern is the lack of development from Winston and the horrid running game. All things considered, he seems to be the most qualified. He had shit for QB and RB and still had the Bucs as the #3 overall O. that's pretty impressive.

Well they did draft a RB in round 2 this year and got nothing out of him. That’s concerning. But he seems like a solid, under the radar option

That's tough because their D was so bad the offense might have gotten lots of opportunities.

MichaelWeston
He has ties to Jack Del rio who would make a ton of sense as a DC. As for an OC. He has ties to the OC's at Auburn and Oregon.

I_C_Deadpeople
Fitz would cost nearly as much as Dalton as well - use Dalton for another year and assess whether you keep him for the 2020 or trade him for value. Meanwhile, fix the OL and LB's. Any sensible coach would see it this way.

Are you planning on the rookie starting and having Fitz to lean on and get help with the offense? if so... maybe I can see it (still probably not) If you are planning on Fitz starting and the rookie learning behind him...fuck that.. he can learn how to throw interceptions from anyone.. Dalton is way better than Fitz.. if the rookie can't learn the offense in a year no matter who is there..why the hell did we draft him?
|SF2|
I doubt many of us want Fitz back here other than for the humor aspect.
turningpoint
So the buccs have hired arians and arians is hiring byron leftwhich to be OC. So pretty much Monken is jobless. He is officially my #1 i want to coach.
