I'm more of a lets have a discussion with friends on a forum created for discussion while things are happening kind of guy. Not a I have to wait and be right kind of guy.

That is a good way to be.

Another way: is to sit back, relax, not give a flying fuck, and watch the wait-and-see-he'll-grow-into-it crowd slowly change from palm leaves to pitchforks...which will happen as certain as the sun coming up tomorrow.

Why would I come on a discussion board to talk about that?

Calling moves horrible, coaches they're interviewing bad and the like is not having a discussion.

It's being pessimistic. I know it's easier to be pessimistic when it comes to this franchise.

But for 16 years we had things a certain way. The past few years the majority has begged

for change. Now they are changing, drastically. And rather than say "Wow, this is a totally

different way of doing things." You're comparing them to how other teams are doing it,

most of which will be bad, and acting like they're doomed to fail.

You're not wanting to wait to be right. But you sure as hell are setting yourself up for "I told you so."

Ineffective blitz game planning. That will go over well against Shittsturd. Seems we've tried that a few times over the years with wondrous result. 😩

Hobson must be getting a lot of the "We need more experienced coaches that have been fired before!"

Singleton, 43, is now a member of a Bengals offensive staff that’s young. But maybe not as young as you think. It’s been reported Taylor, 35, and Callahan, 34, are the youngest head coach-OC combo in the league. But the average age of the eight offensive position coaches and assistants is 41.5, compared to last year’s 44.3 on a staff that was considered heavily experienced. That offensive staff averaged 9.5 seasons of NFL experience, this one six.

Looks like Grantham runs a pretty strict 3-4. As others have said it shouldnt matter because we spend 66% percent of our time in nickel or dime. Wonder how it will effect our LB and DL group.

BTW Grantham coached under Wade Phillips in Dallas.

what to expect from Todd Grantham if he is hired.
