They've only offered it to one person.  Del Rio and Capers didn't even get interviews.

It was widely reported that Capers was offered the job,  and Del Rio talked to Taylor and said "no thanks".  Del Rio may have been mutual, but it sure sounded like he didn't want the job regardless.

Zac and Del Rio talked at least though I thought?.

He talked to Del Rio informally and they both decided it wasn't a good fit.

Capers was never on Taylor's list of candidates....that was a Mike Brown request and it never got to the interview process.

The only person that has been offered a job so far is Grantham....and really, why would he ever leave where he's at? He's got it made down there.

Sure, there are always more candidates for high-level positions with HS coaching experience from 7 years ago available.

You've already convinced yourself that this is a 5-11 team no matter who they hire anyways, so what difference does it make?

This isn’t true according to the Enquirer. Del Rio wanted the job but Taylor didn’t want Del Rio. Capers didn’t get offered either. Taylor’s first choice was Allen, but he decided to go back to NO. Grantham was next, but he didn’t like the personnel on D and Florida gave him an extension.

That's kind of what I was wondering.. The roster is on the website, he didn't have to fly to Cincinnati to figure that out.

Sounds like he wanted to cut someone that's being Redeemed.
