Inigo Montoya
So Taylor finally completes his staff and it doesn't seem like he has inspired much confidence in the process. With the exception of a few guys (Simmons, Turner, Van Pelt, Bicknell, Anarumo), most of them are young and light on experience. Several of them are tied to his previous stints in Miami and at Texas A&M. It's fair to say he avoided bringing in any new coaches who might challenge his authority as head coach. Of course, none of this means any of these guys can't do their jobs and get results. Pretty much every Bengals fan has begged for a different direction for awhile now and Taylor will get his shot to turn things around.
Jason
The past 3 years we had experienced coaches with name recognition. Where did that get us? I'm not going to complain about the new staff until I see results that warrant complaining.

Now we decided to go with no coaches and let the players decide how things work....now we are going to go with a sack of potatoes.....now we are going to let these cute babies with headsets and see what happens. BREAKING NEWS: Bengals coaching staff is actually made up of infants. Coaches will need to learn how to walk and talk prior to assuming duties. Burping, diaper change and nap time may interfere with duties.

PatternMaster
As the coaching staff is being completed it seems as if the new coaches are either former players with credible experience(Taylor, Eason, Lukabo, and Singleton) or hungry lifers(Turner, Callahan, Anamaru) who are getting an opportunity to step up. Either way it's an interesting staff for a team that is built to win now, with an upgrade to the offensive line and the back 7 of the defense, because of the glaring lack of NFL experience when it comes to calling plays and being responsible for the outcome of the season. The move to replace Pollack with Turner was a head scratcher and a huge risk. Turner's immediate success will be critical to the success of Talyor as a head coach. I'm going to be cautiously optimistic with this motley crew of a coaching staff.
