Jets vs Bengals, Good Bad and Ugly...

Recommended Posts

Good:  We won.  Tickets are cheap.  Jet's were worse than us today.

Bad:  We could still lose the first pick of the draft.

Ugly:  It's possible that those in charge might see this game as "turning the corner" and make no serious changes.

Peace and happiness to everyone here.  Congratulations to Bunghole and Bunghole Jr.

Of course they will. This team loves to win meaningless games

I just want to say: it was nice having an officiating crew that was on top of the holding infractions.  The Bengals would have beaten Buffalo if this crew would have officiated that game.

All teams could excuse a loss during the season..

Why? We are Kings of the dead cat bounce resulting in the Inbreds thinking we 'are on the right track'.

The DCB theory was fun to fool with in the '90's. But, it was as false then as it is now.

Players play hard now--as they did then--for jobs. If they play well, you keep them. If they don't, you get someone else. Same with coaches.

Sorry to mess up fantasy leagues--but these guys don't really give a good shit about draft picks.

True to a point, but for some teams, like this one, the players feel little need to play for their jobs until the season is long gone. And with the pressure of trying to make the playoffs off, funny how some players seem to rise up, when in fact we would rather they rise up in big games.

Nor should they, but I admit to joking that Chase Young was in the back of Dunlap's mind today.   :D

we need to watch out for the sorry Giants.

The Gnats have two wins as we know.

Their remaining four games are against Washington, Miami and the Eagles twice.

Can  they win one or more of those?

Do we lose out and retain the first pick.

If the Giants get the first pick, do they need a quarterback or

a quarterback more than a killer defensive end?

If the Giants take Joe Burrows and Chase Young falls to us, do we

take him or trade down and how far and for what?

Lots of scoreboard watching these final weeks  and not to see if we make the playoffs and our slot.

How DEY get this banner into the games every week?  lol whoever makes them is hilarious.  Loved the "If you build it DEY will come." The one for today was awesome too.

The Giants just drafted Daniel Jones this year. They need Oline to protect him, but given their history of having great DEs that won them that superbowl Young makes sense for them
