Trae Waynes injured - out for awhile

Recommended Posts

Could be 2 months - which given the Bengals, means he is out for the year and will likely never play a significant minute for them

CINCINNATI — Bengals cornerback Trae Waynes suffered a pectoral injury during training camp and could miss up to two months according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Waynes was one of the many pieces Cincinnati added to one of the leagues worst defenses. He will seek a second opinion on the injury.

Hate to see anyone get injured but out of the four CB's they signed, Waynes was easily my least favorite. This just gives LeShawn Sims and Winston Rose more of a chance to shine.  Which, to me, will just make the team better when it's all said and done.

Wonder if it happened during a lifting session, that really sucks. Isn't that what happened to Price a couple years back?

Man i hope that second opinion is better because we really needed him. Phillips and Rose gotta step up, it is their time to shine now.

Looks like he's going to miss most of the season. Unreal.

It must be something to do with guys whose last names start with W.

I'd rather bring Dre back on a cheap deal.

He was supposed to get paid $2.8mil before the Bengals released him.  Its more than he is worth I think but may have to go that route.
