Obviously it's all about JB but I think it's pretty safe to say that everyone on that side of the ball has 100% bought in. Think the linemen actually want to block for Burrow who busts his ass, takes the hits, takes the blame, and gives them a chance to win. Skill set aside, a guy who inspires other players is so important at QB. Burrow has it. Even though he had the skill set, Andy Dalton never had it.
