Gloomy Sunday vs Washington Team Football.

Good day for fireplace and football.

Not much to say at this point.

Mixon to IR.

Margus and Freddy are off Covid list.

Also elevated G Quinton Spain and CB Jalen Davis from the practice squad to the active roster for tomorrow’s game.

Waiting to see who is inactive.

Key things to watch...

See if Chase Young sidelines Jonah Williams for another few weeks.

See if Joe Burrow doesn't get killed most likely by an uncalled cheap shot late hit.

I watched like 3 games last year. Burrow made me tune in again this year, and Burrow got me interested. Without Burrow, there's really nothing to watch. What happened, happened. No matter how much bla

I agree there are a lot of holes to fill.  But they have to start sometime.  I understand that the Brown family are decent folks and a lot of owners are to some extent, but if you want to succeed in t

Not sure anyone said the Brown family was good at business. They are good at sucking money from other owners and the NFL that is about it.

#Bengals inactives today:
K Austin Seibert
G B.J. Finney
G Keaton Sutherland
OL Fred Johnson
WR Mike Thomas

3 Olinemen inactive?

Margus active

Mike Thomas on the way out, probably.

Austin Seibert competition for Randy and Randy up for a new contact so

maybe Austin = Randy only cheaper.

WTF has a good pass defense so maybe that will force them to run more.

Bernard more than capable, the other guys for change up, fresh legs good, too.

Running will keep Chase Young from making this a statement game where he says "You should have taken me".

I'm still a little discouraged after last weeks performance, don't know what to expect today.

Despite the WFT being #1 against the pass and very "leaky" against the run... I fully expect the offense to be 80+% passing.  I hope I'm wrong.

I agree and hope we're wrong, too.

Joe Burrow is reaching the appropriately named Shiny New Toy status.

I hope he does not reach Greg "Better than Joe" Cook 2.0 status.

#Bengals Week 11 starting OL:

LT: Jonah Williams
LG: Michael Jordan
Center: Trey Hopkins
RG: Quinton Spain
RT: Hakeem Adeniji <--- Over Bobby Hart?

This group took all of the first-team reps during warmups. #Bengals

Let's face it, Adenjii is just a better player than our designated RT's (and Spain is quite clearly our most reliable/versatile OL).  This is the right move on paper.  I do think Jordan has more to prove and if we could put Spain in his spot and say XSF at RG it'd be the best we have all on the field.

I am too, but I think they play much better today...

I just hope Mr. Young doesn't kill Joe

Good point, and the point Taylor made answering the question of who should start on the OL - you want to maintain consistency of who plays beside each other for all of the subtle communication reasons that occur on the OL.  Hence why they want Jordan at LG with Williams regardless of whether Spain outperformed him.
