The Depth at WR and OL is pretty amazing. I wouldn't trade down but I would probably try to trade up from the 3rd.

WR
Elijah Moore
Terrace Marshall
Dyami Brown
Rondale Moore

C
Creed Humphrey

G
Wyatt Davis

T
Teven Jenkins-Oke St (2)
Sam Cosmi-Texas (2)
Liam Eichenberg-Notre Dame (2)
Dillon Radunz-ND St (2)
Jalen Mayfield-Michigan (2)
Jackson Carman-Clemson (2)

DE
Carlos Basham-Wake (2)
Azeez Ojulari who I missed.

DT
Christian Barmore-Alabama (2)

That's 15 guys, as long as you take an OL at 38 then you can take anyone else from that list at 69. And add in

OL
Landon Dickerson
Quin Meinerz
Walker Little
Brady Christensen

LB
Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah

TE
Pat Freiermuth

DL
Alim McNeil-Nc State (3)
Milton Williams-La Tech (3)
Daviyon Nixon-Iowa (3)
Ronnie Perkins-Oklahoma (3)
Patrick Jones-Pitt (3)
Rashad Weaver-Pitt (3)

That's 27 players and 37 picks to get there. Certainly won't all be gone.

I'd add in IOL Kendrick Green of Ilinois in the 3rd or maybe 4th.  Aggressive Guard who can probably double as a Center.

(3rd) OL Trey Smith of Tennessee - Huge potential, but sizeable health risk

(3rd/4th)OL Ben Cleveland - Georgia

Some 3rd Day possibilities (even UFA's)

TE Kenny Yeboah, Briley Moore

WR Jaleon Darden, Mike Strachan, Josh Imatorbhebhe, Marquez Stevenson

RB Khalil Herbert, Trey Sermon, Elijah Mitchell

OL Drake Jackson, Trey Hill, Royce Newman

LB Justin Hilliard, Isaiah McDuffie, Buddy Johnson

NG Quinton Bohanna

DL Tommy Togiai, Bobby Brown, Dayvion Nixon, Marvin Wilson, Ta'Quon Graham, Mustafa Johnson, Jay Tufele

EDGE Malcolm Koonce, Chauncey Gholston

PK Jose Borregales, Evan McPherson

Teven Jenkins-Oke St would be my pick @ 38 if he is still available.

Agreed 100%.  I’d try to package a 6th rounder or even both 6th rounders to move up and get him.  We’d only need to move up a few spots, but I wouldn’t package our 5th.

How hard would this board meltdown if Pick 38 is Terrace Marshall, Jr.?   🤣😂🤣

If the pick is anything other than OL I expect much wailing and gnashing of teeth.

They did jettison AJ Green and John Ross plus Auden Tate is in the last year of his contract and was allegedly unhappy with his role / requested a trade.

Marshall is a faster WR that is being undervalued right now.

Auden Tate

Height: 6'5"
Weight: 228lbs.
Arms: 33 3/4"
Hands: 9 3/8"
40 Yard Dash: 4.68
Vertical Jump: 31

Terrace Marshall Jr.

Height: 6' 2 5/8"
Weight: 205lbs.
Arms: 32 3/4"
Hands: 9 1/2"
40 Yard Dash: 4.38
Vertical Jump: 39

I don't think they'd keep Tate on the roster for long if they pulled the trigger on Marshall.  Probably not going to happen but I wouldn't rule it out.  Marshall would essentially replace John Ross and Auden Tate.

2. C Landon Dickerson

3. C Creed Humphrey

5. OT Spencer Brown

Do you think you get a better player vs the rest of the NFL if you go interior lineman in the second?  Granted 38th is still pretty high.

You misspelled Tevin Jenkins at #1.  I like the list and Landon Dickerson would be my #1, but the injury concerns really scare me.  My list for 38 goes like this:

1. Tevin Jenkins

2. Creed Humhrey

3. Dillon Raduz (sp?)

4. Liam Eichenberg

5. Sam Cosmi....but I don't think he has the strength to play this year

Very pleasantly surprised how many O linemen slid.

Just me, but I would take O line in rounds 2 and 3 even trading up with out third rounder into lower 2

if someone is there.  Our third and fourth to move up into Round 2 if any of the aforementioned are

still there after our first selection.  Remembering how Rounds 4 down are diluted by all the comp picks

and we got none.

We have our wide receiver now lets but some meat in front of Joe to protect him and allow our receivers time

to get into their routes and get separation.

Next year, all Defense with our O in place and a year's experience.

This year I guess it would be dance with the ones what brung ya' on D.

I guess we are going to have to re-sign Bynes and/or hope a decent linebacker

whose name isn't Hawk/Minter/Brown shakes loose and we can get him.

Hard no.  So many red flags with this guy.  If this guy has been at Texas for 4 years and isn't strong enough?  NFL.com scouting report criticizes his technique and says he doesn't move the pile.  Can't play guard very well if you can't move the pile.  NO!

Probably not the way I'd go, but thinking outside the box....

Draft TE Pat Freiermuth and release CJ Uzomah.  Then use his $5.2M to sign Trai Turner to a 1 year deal.

That would give Frieremuth / Sample / Shreck / Moss for TEs

O-Line and WR rooms both need more talented backups though:

WR1 Chase / Tate / Thomas
WR2 Higgins / Morgan / Stanley
WR3 Boyd / Washington

LT Williams

LG Su'a-Filo / Jordan
C Hopkins / Price
RG Spain / Adeniji

RT Reiff / Johnson

There's a whole lot of places to make upgrades in just those two position groups alone.

Signing Turner would allow him to move into the starting RG spot and leave Spain / Su'a-Filo / Jordan / Adeniji to all battle it out for LG.

If the Bengals can land Eichenberg or Jenkins at 38 that should shut up any of the national pundits claiming the Chase pick was stupid. The draft is playing out exactly how we had hoped with the OL depth being there in rd 2.

Eichenberg is another short-armed guy.  Can he play guard?

His best option is probably a switch from LT in college to LG or RT in the NFL.

Just going off of the physical traits, moving him to LG would be similar to moving Joe Thuney to LG (not projecting him to have the same level of success).  Eichenberg always played tackle though while Thuney bounced around and had more experience with playing guard.  Moving him to RT, he probably compares to Eric Winston.  Those are two of the past players that he compares to physically though.

Brady Christensen is a guy I’ve not heard much about. A lot of people had him pegged as a second rounder. He’s definitely used to playing with an unpredictable QB.

The other OL from ND is another one I really like that should be able to come in and start inside day one… Robert Hainsey.
