Do the Giants ever do anything right?

No...

Like to make more trades with them in the future.

Maybe coerce them into one of their 1st rounders for Hopkins and a 2nd rounder..😎

Theyre dumb enough to take the bait..

They picked up John Ross which may end up giving us a 4th round pick, too.

Hey dude!  Long time no see pixels!  Hope all is well...was just reminiscing about the old SportingNews messageboard days...damn I'm old!   Haven't been back to a game in Cincy for...7 years?  Looking forward to it next week.  Things are all good here in Maine...finally got some snow on the ground this weekend.  Headed to Boston to overnight tomorrow and catch an early flight to Cincy on Wednesday.

i just bought some land in Maine.  (offtopic)

im totally fine facing huntley after having a game of film on him and what they run with him.

our two fluke-like losses are against 2 QB's who had not played and we had no film of the offense with them running it, in the case of Fields it wouldnt have mattered since he was an injury sub but they talked about having a different playbook for him than dalton.

we still should have won, but i feel like if dalton stays in that game we win and if Wilson plays for the jets we win.

Whoever is the quickest out of this group may get the job of spying Jackson/Huntley…assuming he is also a decent tackler.  Won’t have to make reads off of other player movements…just spy the QB.

Looking at Calitro’s 2018 season with SEA, he played the right side, didn’t see a lot of pass defenses, but a decent tackle/assist ratio. Would say likely more run than pass defense.

Johnston may be the “quickest”, but hard to definitely peg him as the spy type. P

Watching the All 22 guy that talks about Carman he said he just needs to get more consistent with his hands and if he does he has some real potential to be very good.

The potential is there to be a mauler.

Right? For damn sure. And Hendickson and Ogunjobi were stellar free agent ads. To say the least.

Also...hiring Marion Hobby for d-line coach. He's fantastic. Needs a raise. Must keep him.

Marion Hobby would be my assistant coach of the year under ZT's staff up to this point..

Former tackle  and coach with upper tier credentials..

Strength and conditioning coach for years then onto Dine coaching and D-Coordinator

Has everyone playing max out ..

Yes..keep him...

Ravens place OLB Pernell McPhee on reserve/COVID-19 list, joining 6 others

Ryan McFadden, Baltimore Sun
Tue, December 21, 2021, 4:53 PM

The Ravens placed outside linebacker Pernell McPhee on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday, a day after he was activated from the injured reserve.

McPhee is the Ravens’ seventh active player on the reserve/COVID-19 list, joining outside linebacker Justin Houston, wide receiver Sammy Watkins, safety Chuck Clark, center Trystan Colon, and cornerbacks Jimmy Smith and Chris Westry. Houston was added to the list on Monday.

If Houston and McPhee are unable to play Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Ravens would have only Tyus Bowser, Jaylon Ferguson and Odafe Oweh available at outside linebacker. Inside linebacker Malik Harrison also has some experience on the edge.

Under the NFL’s COVID protocols, McPhee and Houston could come off the list before Sunday’s game against the Bengals game if they are vaccinated and test negative for the virus twice. If they tested positive and are not vaccinated, both players would have to isolate for at least 10 days.

McPhee, who has played nine games this season, is returning from minor knee surgery. He hasn’t played since the Ravens’ 22-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 10.

The Ravens also signed veteran cornerback Daryl Worley to the practice squad to help support an injury-depleted secondary. Worley, a former third-round pick in 2016, has played for six different teams and made 54 starts in his six-year NFL career.

Cincinnati Bengals rookie receiver Pooka Williams has been suspended two games by the NFL for violating its Performance-Enhancing Substance policy, the team announced.

His suspension will run up until the final week of the regular season when the Bengals travel north to face the Cleveland Browns.

Williams, a college free agent out of Kansas, has spent most of his rookie season on the Bengals’ practice squad. He was elevated for one game in Week 13 and filled in for an injured Darius Phillips as the team’s kickoff returner.

At the beginning of the season, Williams, a collegiate running back, officially transitioned into a receiver for the Bengals. His size better fit that of a slot receiver, and because of the team’s health at the position thus far, he’s not seen very many opportunities to play.

It’s unlikely that Williams would’ve played in either of the next two games. Nevertheless, he will be unavailable until Week 18.
