The Chiefs/Bengals game was today’s premier matchup between two of the top AFC teams…and CBS owned the broadcast rights. There’s no way in hell CBS was letting that game move to NBC. Frankly the AFC North really isn’t that good this year. Pittsburgh has no QB. Baltimore has shitty/injured WRs, RBs, & DBs. Plus Jackson is all banged up at the end of the season again. AmishBengalFan Posted January 3, 2022 Author Report Share Posted January 3, 2022 So y'all know: 11-5 TEN 11-5 KCC 10-6 CIN 10-6 BUF/NEP If we win and TEN and KCC lose, the three-way tie at 11-6 goes to US. 1) KCC is eliminated based on being swept by TEN/CIN 2) We did not play TEN 3) We are both 4-2 against common opponents (JAX NYJ PIT SFF KCC) 4) We have a superior conference record (8-3 v 7-4) which only gets better with us winning (v CFT) and TEN losing (v JAX) BUF has the tiebreaker over NEP. If they win they are Division champs at 11-6 and it's a 4 way tie. But we are still #1 based on Conference Record. If BUF loses and NEP wins, they are #1 and we're #2. If they both lose, were back to the 3-way tiebreak that we win So we can become the #1 seed with: CIN beats CFT + DEN beats KCC + HOU beats TEN + at least one of these: BUF beats NYJ or MIA beats NEP.
