Mixon punched them in the mouth the first game too. Not sure how much Reiff being out will change that this time.

Watching their defensive front last night, they are a big/active bunch. May be tough to move around for a consistent running game. Spain’s availability will be important here, as I just don’t see Carman as the road grader.

We just ran on them two months ago. That was the Mixon "keep slamming him and the dam will break" gameplan.  Pretty sure Carman played that game at RG (don't think Adeniji was back yet).

That Raider team was still in chaos.  This isn't the same bunch.  They will be tough.

That said, Carr isn't very good under pressure.  If they make him move he'll F up.  If they let him stand there he'll hurt them.  The Bengals WRs should get more separation that SD's did.  If Burrow is upright he'll be able to pass.

Every playoff game will be tough. That's the nature of the playoffs. The Raiders were lucky to beat a Browns team missing 20 players due to Covid a few weeks back. They also were good enough to beat the Colts a week ago in Indy.  Crosby and the d-line are monsters. But if with the Stealers off the table since we are not the 2-seed, would rather deal with the Raiders than the Belichicks.

That last one on the Bolts was a horrible call.

If you are talking about the one where Carr threw the ball a mile away, then hell yeah.  What happened to the uncatchable rule?  Did that disappear like the runner leading with their helmet?  No way you can call a PI on a ball that is thrown away, but they did.  Did the NFL want the Raiders in?  Like UncleEarl said, and we already knew is that the NFL is all about money.

Miami fired Flores. I'm kind of shocked by that.

Appears that was some serious personility clashes going on internally. In addition, some of assistants who left over the last 2 years mentioned it was an issue working for Flores. Flores was apparantly the one pushing hard for Watson so that soured his relationship with Tau.

The raiders had the perfect scenario to knock them out. Shank the kick. I guess they wanted the chargers out instead. We should punish the raiders hard for letting the stealers in.

Brandon Staley fucked that up calling that timeout, he's the reason the Chargers didn't make the playoffs
