AmishBengalFan
Why is it that QBs in the AFC North are almost always and only referred to by their first name. Ben. Baker. Lamar. Vinny. Bernie. Yet QBs in Cincinnati are always and only referred to by their last name? Palmer. Dalton. Burrow. Personally, I feel that calling Mayfield "Baker" implies a familiarity that comes rooted in adoration, respect, or worship.

I don't agree with your assessment. In my instance "Baker" is faster to type on my phone. I will be the first to admit that I'm challenged typing on it.
