Well, since we could not cover TE's for decades and then he is able to (at better than the past), I say great re-sign.

Im with ya..

Another hybrid type (CB/TE cover) that's in the NFL ....😎

I thought he was mostly tasked with and did a good job covering TEs. I don't think he was outside on WRs much at all.

Correct...

Truth was he was getting burnt so bad at outside corner Seattle benched him..

Hopefully he's found  his place at Covering  TEs with the Bengals.

This could be a helleva piece in the  backfield if it works..

I guess I am always assuming unless it's the furthest guy out they label that the slot. But I don't know

Ok so is he a wide slot or inside slot corner...😎

I thought he was a CB/TE Cover)..

65. Dax Hill

This post in an “old” thread threw me for a few seconds.

For those of you recently joining or returning to this forum, MichaelWeston has been maintaining the Bengals 2022 roster.  We’re now up to 65 players (I guess we are assuming drafted players as signing.).  See post # 1 in this thread.

MW, please elucidate on (or correct) my description as you see fit.

Perfect.

We have 25 spots left. Which seems crazy.

Honestly, I will be surprised if we get to 90.

Me too. it's the dumbest thing they do. The league in many ways is about happenstance and you need as many lotto tickets as possible. There isn't a good argument not to fill up the roster with absurd athletes who are raw at football. Hell I would fill spots 88-90 with power forwards who are rare athletes who couldn't make it in the NBA.

I would certainly scout the USFL thoroughly as well.
