I remember right before the pick I commented on here ... "I am good with us taking any player except David Pollack, with a vomit gif. And alas ..."

Yes, but you were also ok with it once they said he'd play LB as I recall.

I remember back in 2005 BJ and I were

excited to draft C Chris Spencer..

We didnt and he became a 1st round bust due do to injuries..

Im hoping Linderbaum ends our

search for that position..

Smallish but technically advanced..

Bengals couldn't figure out his best position.

Had him weigh 250 at backer and want him at 290 for DE or 3tech.

Never seen a player who's weight flucuated as Pollacks..

I think the Bengals' plan was always LB, but after his injury he wanted to move back to DE.

Yeah, but that was mostly me trying to talk myself into the pick (tbh).

Yep. My 2004 crush was Vince Wilfork and 2005 was Chris Spencer.  Batting .500 is worthy of the Hall of Fame though 😉

If history is any guide, usually my crushes get taken right before we pick. Ragnow was another one.

We drafted great in 2005.

We had a horrible Coach who couldn't develop his players along with having no respect from his players (because Marvin was an idiot).  So, we were left with undisciplined players all the time.

And now we have Pratt and Wilson,  which can be Pro Bowler as well as a strength of our team...finally. ADG and Baccie are solid backups as well.

damn it, I totally forgot about this.. oh well, thanks for doing it again Jason and good luck everyone.

I would have picked Daxton Hill

...and your tie breaker number would have been?  Inquiring minds what to know  :)

I just realized nobody chose TE Trey McBride, so there is a good chance Jason will get to keep his money.

Or will you roll out a Day 2 contest?

I think noone chose McBride because

we pretty much know they wont either.😎

Not at 31...

Now that the thread is closed for picks, taking a look at the summary in the first post at the top, here's the same info rearranged by selection and tiebreaker.  I've also shown the spread of picks that each person owns in case there are multiple people with the same player.... and have highlights in BOLD those picks which overlap the 3rd round (picks 65-105), which is where the latest projection has the tiebreaker player being selected.
