23. DEVIN COCHRAN | Georgia Tech 6071 | 306 lbs. | rSR. Norcross, Ga. (GAC) 7/17/1998 (age 23.78) #77 YEAR (GP/GS) POSITION NOTES 2016: Redshirted Vanderbilt 2017: (10/10) RT Vanderbilt 2018: (13/13) RT Vanderbilt 2019: (9/9) LT Vanderbilt; Missed the first three games due to injury 2020: Sat out and didn’t play Vanderbilt; Graduated with his degree in human and organizational development 2021: (12/12) LT Georgia Tech; Honorable Mention All-ACC Total: (44/44) 23 RT, 21 LT HT WT ARM HAND WING 40-YD 20-YD 10-YD VJ BJ SS 3C BP COMBINE N/A (not invited) PRO DAY 6071 306 35 3/8 10 1/4 86 1/4 5.07 2.99 1.76 30 9’4” 4.71 7.64 23 SUMMARY: Andrew “Devin” Cochran was born in Atlanta and was a two-year starter at Greater Atlanta Christian High, earning first team all-state honors as a senior. A three-star recruit, he committed to Vanderbilt over several Florida, Georgia and other SEC schools. After starting three seasons, he entered the transfer portal with the intention of landing at Georgia Tech, but he first sat out the 2020 season. He joined the Yellow Jackets for the 2021 season and started all 12 games at left tackle. Cochran has vines for arms and decent flexibility to unleash his punch and widen edge defenders (zero sacks allowed in 2021). However, his upper and lower halves need to show better cohesiveness to answer the skill of NFL rushers. In the run game, he creates pop at contact but will fall off blocks with his narrow power base. Overall, Cochran is built for NFL work with his frame and athletic traits, but his technical growth will be the key to him unlocking a pro future as a swing tackle. GRADE: Priority Free Agent

SUMMARY: A three-year starter at Coastal Carolina, Heiligh was an inside and outside receiver in head coach Jamey Chadwell’s spread offense. A record-setting
receiver in high school, his production improved each season at Coastal, and he leaves as the school’s all-time leader in catches (191) and receiving yards (2,825).
Heiligh is a natural hands-catcher with a high football IQ and excellent timing in his route movements to find soft zones or create leverage vs. man coverage.
However, his athletic testing was below average, confirming concerns on tape. Overall, Heiligh is a pedestrian athlete by NFL standards with questionable
physicality to make a living on the outside, but he is a route technician with strong hands and a feel for always making himself available for his quarterback. He is
a potential slot option

CCU is one of my favorite schools, in one of my favorite small cities: Conway SC. Good to see a decent number of former Chanticleers—from a very good squad overall—joining the Bengals!

Seems Coastal Carolina is becoming a

favorite school of prospects for the Bengals.

Good luck to all of them!!

The Ben brown pickup is good news. I kept grabbing him late in mocks. He will push for a spot. Competition is great.
