I have no problems with Dalton, he was what he was, a middle tier QB that can win you enough games to make the playoffs but nothing else.

Tibor is the one with this weird need to make up things in his head that he thinks fans think about him. He really need to get a life.

Don't pretend Tibs is the only one.

Red Rifle

Bad nickname for a QB with a mediocre arm..

"Bad Andy Good Andy" was allways appropriate..

Have you ever seen him play in person? I have—his entire career here. I can tell you I saw enough 15 yd sideline routes over the years to AJ and Sanu. The passes arrived in a zip, and on target. Also saw enough dime drops on go routes to dispel this “weak arm” bullshit.

There isn’t an argument as to production—still the 2nd All-time leading passer in franchise history. Whatever this “Good Andy/Bad Andy” is construed to be, he was good enough to have helped his team be in the Playoffs for 5 straight years—something that no other QB in this franchise’s history has ever done. Your God-man hasn’t done that yet either.

Jamie is right: it’s beyond time to cease with this comparison rubbish. The man hasn’t been here in 3 seasons. One may as well obsess over what Bruce Grankowski or Josh Johnson is doing now.

Im finished commenting on his ineptitude to being anything more than   an average QB..

His 2nd round status was deserving..

Well, you have been almost evangelical in the hyper-praise. Here’s a thought: he’s a flesh and blood humanoid. He isn’t divine. He even makes mistakes—even yesterday.

50 goin on 15 over here

I'm still in high school.

or so I've been told.

For daring question Joe Mixon's concussion

when he went out at the end of the first half.

And his replacement scored three touchdowns.

And kept Joe Burrow from getting beaten up worse than he did.

My 7th period American Literature teacher and I were talking about it today.

Regardless of what happens or where he's at vs Perine, I don't see much reason to pay him an additional $6-7m (??) next year.  They've kept people around past their sell-by date over dead cap money.  That money is gone, though.  The only question is whether to double it or not.  I wouldn't.

Say again we should be looking for a Gio type HB in the draft.  3rd down specialist that likes to block, but capable of stepping in as RB1 in spells.

Jesus

Joe Mixon was playing fine on Sunday before he got hurt, between his running which was not as good as his catching (as that's the kind of day the team was having as evident by Perine's 3 RECIVING TDs) he ended the day with 20 rushing yards and 42 receiving yards all before the 2nd half.

That you want to use his celebration after the game as some sort of proof that he didn't have a concussion and the team preferred Perine just means that you don't understand concussions and want to further this silly agenda you seem to have with him. It's embarrassing. Be critical when it's appropriate, that's a fine thing to do. Suggesting that Mixon wasn't hurt, or worse making celebratory, even in jest, comments about it in the game day thread is embarrassing. Stop it.

I never realized how much football sucks until channel surfing between Rats v Mayfield and Turds v Bills.

Seriously, makes me appreciate Joe and the Bengals O and out stout D with Hendrickson and Hubbard.

Two more hours of watching the other teams in the division suck up the screen.

Rat field goal at the half.

New Orleans Andys just lost the lead... down 14-10 at the half.

Two hours until Bengals.

REDZONE!!!!! I switched from Hulu live TV to Fubo a couple years ago and I get redzone for free now (well as part of mu subscription). Best thing ever... When the Bengals aren't playing on Sunday in the 1:00 0r 4:00 slot, that is what I watch.

Literally nobody brought him up. He lives rent free in your head. It's kind of sad.

Muting that dude was my best decision ever on this board.

Heckuva performance too. Weah goal for US was brilliant. Made a mistake in the box to have a penalty called on them, and Bale made them pay. Good effort, and a draw in this match will not hurt them.

US v England on Friday. A great matchup
