Teams can't block coaches from promotions, even if they are under contract in their current job. Pitcher can interview for coordinator jobs and up if he wants. Your right about Lou especially with a defensive background. Kafka is a QB coach and is highly regarded for his OC talents which Arizona should maximize. I think they go Kafka and... Praise God!
