AmishBengalFan Posted September 16 Report Share Posted September 16 TicketBastard apparently did something this week that impacted e-tickets being managed within the Bengals app. There's a fix, but if you're going to the game you really want to check to make sure you can access your tickets now rather than wait until game day. Or worse, when you're arriving at the stadium. Took me 2 minutes to get the fix in place, but others needed hours. The instructions within the Bengals app are: To fix Issue Viewing Tickets: To solve, tap "More" in the bottom right corner, open your settings, and then "Log Out". Once signed out, tap "Login" then tap the Ticketmaster logo to sign back in and access your tickets while our app provider works on a fix. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Le Tigre Posted September 16 Report Share Posted September 16 Mine took the “hours”. The route to restoration was not as smooth as brother Amish. It may take several downloads and reboots—it does get maddening. The worst part, was looking at the screen where one manages the tickets—seeing the tickets clearly there.. and not able to get past the “terms and conditions” block. I had to finally reset my TicketCrapper account password… delete/re-aquire the Bengals app…reset that password to match TicketCrapper…and finally the two merged. Maybe I just got lucky but when I signed in to put my tickets in a "wallet" I just had to hit one button to link the accounts and it was done? Not that this helps anyone, just relating my experience. Season tickets. I actually thought it might be a “wallet” issue..but I checked again, and it had always been there. May only be for Club tix. I didn't go because you had to pay for parking and combined with some dog and pony show where people/little whippersnappers could go run around on the field.
