Jake from All State looks like he is really excited to be around Kermit and Mr Swift.

Told to me by a friend.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Also told to me by a friend.

From a FB post I made two years ago today....

"Family of 5 sitting in front of me at the Chiefs game. Never been before. Dad tells me he paid nearly $1000 for the tickets, counting TicketBastard's scalping fees. Score tied, 40 seconds left, timeout while Bengals decide to go for 4th and goal to clinch a division championship.

Mom is looking at a baking video."

"I didn't have the heart to tell Dad that his bride couldn't be bothered to pay attention to the most important moment in three decades of Bengals football, for the $200 game he had brought her to.

If he noticed her apathy he did a good job of hiding it."

The attention spans of the average once-every-other-five-year "fan" in attendance, is scientifically low. Baking is important too, you know.

And, we can never compare to the intensity of those in Lucas Oil Shopping Mall when the Jumbotron flashes to "Hey, Colts Fans!"

^ in retrospect perhaps I should've cut her a break. It's not like she was looking at a mock draft site, hoping we would lose to get a better pick.

Yeah who wants to put together a better team after all.

If it's any consolation, I heard she was looking up an awesome Amish Fried Chicken recipe to show her appreciation to the family for going to the game.  :)
