Lions definitely look like the team to beat in the NFC, sound on defense, creative and exotic on offense. I wouldn't count out the Eagles though, they seem to be hitting their stride. Excited to see how they do against the Ravens.

Yeah, Stueber was signed off of Atlanta's PS.  Why not announce the corresponding move at the same time then?  If they're waiting

a day or 2 to bring someone off I.R., why not wait until that day to waive the guy instead of a holiday?

What difference does it make waiving the guy on a Thursday vs. a Friday?  Especially when that Thursday is Thanksgiving?  Exactly, none.
