If Harris wins and they refuse to certify, what recourse is there? I know the Supreme Court has basically given any president the ability to do whatever the fuck they want. The SC have effectively removed any checks on presidential power trying to protect their Orange Messiah so who knows? Kamala Harris is the current VP so she’s in charge of certifying the election. Trump can’t make calls to the VP this time to not certify as he could in 2020 with Pence. Report
