Hypothetically question regarding election interference

Apparently Rolling Stone has an article that indicates there are 71 election deniers in positions to certify/not certify election results in some swing states.

 

If Harris wins and they refuse to certify, what recourse is there?

 

I know the Supreme Court has basically given any president the ability to do whatever the fuck they want.  I'm assuming that Biden could step in.

What's to stop Biden from officially naming RuPaul the new Empress for Life? The SC have effectively removed any checks on presidential power trying to protect their Orange Messiah so who knows? If Kamala wins, which is honestly seeming more and more likely based on public reaction, the MAGAts are going to revolt.  Any scenario in which Trump loses is obviously fraud, I mean he could be running against Christ himself and they'd still insist it was all rigged so...

 

IDK, but if the bloodthirsty dimwit on this forum is any indication it's going to get ugly.  They've based their entire identity on Trump & their lives would be meaningless without him in control.  They're absolutely going to lose their shit if he loses, or if he wins start trying to purge all the "evil liberals" which at this point means anyone that can count higher than ten without taking off their shoes.

Kamala Harris is the current VP so she’s in charge of certifying the election. Trump can’t make calls to the VP this time to not certify as he could in 2020 with Pence.

Sounds like he's trying to do it at the state level. Which again is only possible because of an Electoral College system that should've never happened and needs to be shitcanned immediately.
