Joe just threw for 5 TDs and a boatload of yards.

If you want to be mad be mad at the punter and the defense

He just wants to rant impulsively

Don’t know as a fan what is worse getting blown out like the browns did or losing a game when the team had multiple Chances to win and gave the game away.

Multipule times we had guys with hands on Lamar and could not bring him down.

But that apparently is Lous fault. 🙄

He is the def coordinator. He chooses the players,to play.He calls the defense.Yes it's his fault.

Really the offense had chances to win it…three drives at end of 4Q and OT… nada.

they played well overall but they needed to make a play when it counted… and they didn’t do it.

not saying there weren’t other areas that messed up.. defense was woeful and STs blew it when it counted. But the offense coulda closed it out, and didn’t.

This loss feels like the 2015 playoff loss. We HAD it. But found ways to throw it away.

First Pete Rose dies. And now this. I've got nothin' left.

Well said.

The offense could not close given multiple opportunities, but as a whole scored a lot of points. So ok, the offense can't "finish" games.

The defense is just SO BAD. Joe said it himself, he had to be perfect to win. He wasn't. They lost.

I have all sorts of thoughts...but the gutless Joe Paterno play calling in overtime lost Zac Taylor to me. Fire Zac.

Wtf is wrong with putting the game on your high paid kicker that generally excels in these situations. 53 yards is nothing for McPherson. Can’t plan for holder not getting the ball down. There was nothing wrong with the strategy there.

Like most of our losses this year it's on the defense.

We're just not good.

The offense has to take its lumps for game 1 but after that they've kept putting up points.  We can be disappointed in certain series, certain calls/plays or certain one-off choices, but the offense is producing more than enough to win.  I think it's fair to argue it might be in spite of the coaching because let's face it, we're fully as stacked as any team in the league in the playmaker category, and it's the best OL Joe has had (despite that being a low bar).  I don't like Zac's play-calling style but the playmakers produce so the point is moot.  You can argue all day we should have had 50 points instead of 38 but that's not sustainable and you need a defense to win in the playoffs.

So, enjoy the playmakers and don't expect wins week to week - they're unlikely to come unless something about the defense changes (and believing they will switch coaches isn't realistic, it hasn't been Zac or the Brown family's style).

I thought the draw play on 3rd & 17 with about 25 seconds left in regulation was kinda chickenshit.

It didn’t hurt them.

Come On What GIF by MOODMAN

He called a timeout on themselves.  that is done by your opponent.  they were ready to go but Zac decided to call a TO. you said it was the right strategy and I said, what about calling the timeout there. that was not the right strategy and playing scared is not the right strategy.  you would think after all of the years you and everyone else on here had watch good ole Marv do the same BS you would finally admit we have dumb arse coaches.  I guess you will never change. I am the one that gives the HC 3 years and then evaluate the numskull.  Zac is a numskull.

right. It’s painful to watch. Geno Stone is absolutely hot garbage. He’s terrible. Can’t tackle, takes bad angles. Thatmscramble TD from Lamar, he was absolutely clueless.

Vonn Bell can’t run. The top 3 safeties all run poorly, for that matter. They don’t have enough athleticism back there.
