saphead Posted November 17, 2024 Report Posted November 17, 2024 I have to say, and it's probably because we haven't played them yet, but the stealerz have been less disgusting than the rats& their fans this season. By a smurf's ass hair. Quote

I say Squeelers because the Ratbirds hold the tiebreaker over us, whereas the Squeelers don’t (yet, anyway). I like your thinking, but isn't your conclusion backwards? - If we catch Balmer, they win the tiebreak. - If we catch Burgh, we CAN win the tiebreak. It's easier to catch the team that loses, so I would think rooting for the Ratbirds would be the choice here. Quote
Bleeds Orange Posted November 17, 2024 Report Posted November 17, 2024 My hatred of the Stealers predates my hatred of the Ravens by about 25 years (1975 vs about 2000). I vowed many decades ago to always be against Pittsburgh unless their winning was certain or extremely likely to help the Bengals. 2 Quote
saphead Posted November 17, 2024 Report Posted November 17, 2024 Both of these teams are liquid diarrhea ass. We scored like 600 points on those fucks Quote
-GoBengals- Posted November 17, 2024 Report Posted November 17, 2024 no reason to root for the steelers, we cannot with any reasonable thought catch the ravens, as mentioned they have the tie breaker, we control the 2 games still vs steelers, the ravens are 3 losses ahead of us, we play them zero times, so even if we win out, they just need to not lose 4 games to finish the season to be ahead of us. the steelers are 4 losses up, if they lose to the ravens and we win out, they only need to lose 1 other game all year for us to pass them(as we would ahve the tie breaker). the math is easy on this one. KA14_HOF Posted November 17, 2024 Report Posted November 17, 2024 I'm just going to enjoy that Bwaldimore (as Al Michaels says) lost and ignore the fact that anybody was awarded a win today. 2 Quote

Today, in one of the few moments of that game that I watched, he stood there like a statue and let Watt sack him. With Justin Tucker missing FGs and dudes fumbling the ball all over the place, it didn't look like Baltimore was as intent on beating Pittsburgh as they were on beating the Bengals twice. Of course, facing the Pittsburgh defense instead of the soft-ass Bengals defense may have had something to do with it. Quote
