The best thing about this cycle is that Pitcher isn't getting sniffed

An OC that doesn't call the plays probably isn't high on anyone's list.  No body of work to judge.  If there's another deep playoff run that may change as desperate teams are willing to settle for anyone that was in the room at the time.  Kind of lack Zac himself.

Our Pals over at Steeler Nation sound a lot like us right now. Want him gone but expect it won't happen. Also talking about how they have not been able to draft and develop guys at all (this is where they sound like us).

I hope nothing changes there, fuck the Steelers.

They'd be foolish to fire Tomlin. Stealers have no QB or receivers and thus no passing game. Pickens is their only receiver with talent and he's erratic, both personally and in catching. They won't get a QB upgrade for 2025 but could upgrade their receiver corps. As long as Cleveland is in the division, they won't finish last and can probably have another winning record next year. But they aren't going anywhere.

Yes, but it's still better than teams like the Jets or Giants or Raiders or Browns who are bad year after year due to dysfunctional ownership.

If the Stealers find a good WR in the draft or free agency and draft a game manager type in the middle rounds, that guy could be the next Brock Purdy and take them places. At least the yinzers hope so.

And Callahan,

And Pierce,

And Mayo,

Its been happening more often lately. Calling plays doesn't have much to do with being a head coach.
