I'm not finding anything but a list of names thrown out by SB Nation.  Won't bother reposting that.  Don't see anything about interviews so I guess they're focused on DC but this deserves its own thread.

Yeah I don't get that. The other position coaches make sense because they are going to work under the DCoord but why are we not interviewing Oline coaches?

You have higher standards than me so here's the article you disdained with some possible names.

I wonder if Mike Munchak can be talked out of retirement? Or how about getting Jeff Stoutland's assistant?

:grin-min:   I guess expecting anything substantial out of these hacks is my bad.   That's as good a guess as anyone's but I'd hoped to hear someone was in town or they'd cleared an interview with some other team, that kind of thing.   The sooner they hire someone the sooner I can start thinking of stupid nicknames for him, you know?

Not sure either.

Hell Pollack was deemed the second coming.

Duke Manyweather would be a top candidate for any team

.I'm sure you know about his training camp for linemen

I believe his a consultant for many as an advisor.

Why not Willie Anderson or Anthony Muñoz? 🤔

I love Willie but he was the one who recommended Carman to the team. I think Munoz has no interest in coaching at any level.

willie almost is a reasonable candidate, munoz hasnt done anything but waive his crooked finger around and do charity events there is nothing that points to him being a decent coach of anything

also most top talent players make terrible coaches, because they had god given skills or size or athleticism, and that cant be taught. you want the blue collar guy, like jon kitna probably is a great QB coach.

Goff has collapsed under pressure..

Another Sam Darnold ..

Dan Campbell will be obsessed in what to change in offseason.

season after this loss..

yep. and they went all in on defense and weapons for goff, and the defense gave up 40+ and goff couldnt do shit with his weapons and they had 5 turnovers..

goff the obvious problem and he is only an out this offseason and its still a 32mil hit then guarantees go up and dead cap is 69mil if they dont part ways in the next few months.

they are fucked.

I think it was more Paul Alexander. Just like it was for Ogbuehi.

OL line coaches do not seem to age like fine wine. Even worse after they are basically retired.

Yeah, Anderson and Alexander, both of whom worked with Carman pre-draft, were all-in:

"He's a powerful guy. He can knock guys off the ball better than any lineman in this draft," Alexander told Dan Hoard on the Bengals Booth Podcast. "He can stop the bull rush, but he also has terrific balance and agility to pass block. I saw him as a first round pick. I know that Mel Kiper and friends probably had him lower, but I guess too bad. I think it's legitimate. I think it's a steal. I don't think it's a reach. I'd put him in the steal category."

And the Ketchup Whisperer knows a thing or two about stealing, having collected a paycheck from the Bengals for approximately 75 years

Soooo... is the delay in signing an Oline Coach because they're waiting for the D Coordinator to be signed or

the guy(s) they are interested in are still in the playoffs?

chatted with a few people today, it seems the general thought it all are chosen and theyll make one announcement for all. so the wait is on DC, but not waiting to make the decision, waiting to just announce them all.

the dc must have somrthing going on until like tuesday or something when i think his schedule may free up.

…yeah, he definitely stole from the Bengals.

Bengals were the “stealee” and not the “stealer”.  🤨
