He was live streaming for a while, that's where I first saw him before Sarah Silverman iirc brought him on Conan (??)

think he'd been making the rounds at some of the LA comedy clubs as well?

Scumbags

Invite them into the locker room for a "chat".  Sell tickets on PayPerView...that would fund some of the necessary extensions.

Am not a lawyer - why are they being charged federally? Just curious...

Their fence is in NYC so it's probably a wire fraud or conspiracy charge for an interstate theft ring.

Think they were also traveling state to state targeting celebrities.

If we sadly aren't going to shoot them, at least give them long sentences (15 years minimum).

Breaking into a man's home and stealing his personal items is why they sell handguns to put next to your nightstand. No sympathy for these scumbags.

Conversely, keeping a collection of diamond-encrusted medallions worth $300k next to your nightstand is how you get your ass robbed.  Not to get too deep with it but I don't really see a good guy in this particular story, Our Hero included.  If these clowns had instead knocked over some corner bodega and actually shot & killed some 60 year old minority small business owner do you think it would've been this borderline Amber Alert with 7 different states plus the feds involved and multiple press conferences announcing their quick arrests?

That's not sympathy for these bums, that's just recognizing the world we're all living in here.  Let's not go foaming at the mouth because someone took a few pieces of Joe's jewelry. Walking around flaunting that shit is mark behavior.
