There are a whole lot of loud & proud racists right now that are the furthest thing from experiencing any form of poverty. Look at photos of ICE/Proud Boys, doesn't look like they're missing any meals.

Oh they are loud and proud for sure, I'm just not sure there are a whole lot of them, at least not enough to significantly influence the outcome of the vote.

The 2nd part, I guess you'd have to get in the weeds a bit more. If you truly don't understand that and are not just replying to reply so you can vent your frustrations, then I think maybe my point about economic privilege may be a little on the nose.

I watched this interview with Platner; he came off as a former war vet who was dealing with many of the things former war vets deal with. He's right to be angry at the system that sent him off to war, turning on his candidacy too.

Honestly? I made it about 15 minutes, I don't need to hear him apologize for every stupid thing he's done. Maybe he sincerely regrets all that stuff, who knows.. He's a politician running for office. There are countless people that never did half of that and don't have all his weird baggage, that also genuinely act on the politics he's espousing, so me personally? I would rather vote for one of them. The next step if they do try to not respect term limits, is the military holding to their oath to the Constitution and removing him from power physically

If we get to that and he doesnt step down and there are still Generals left that take that oath seriously, then our experiment is over.
