i think there has been snow for a month or two straight on the property.. lake is solid frozen and snowed on.. have some cell phone linked cameras on the land that are still rolling.. one doesnt get enough sun so its dead.. but two still work..

Can you set them up with motion sensing? Really enjoying the trailcam I've got even though the pics aren't that great. Cool to see what's running around out here. Couple types of foxes, juvenile horned owl in molt.. No cougar yet but I've heard them a couple of times. Looks like you're in moose country out there.

yes they have motion sensor recording... not a single animal yet.. they are fairly close to the road, the only paved road, the road logging trucks go down.. so its possible that animal are staying fairly clear of everything up there... i have seen moose shit on the property so they definetly come by.. but who knows how often.. really expected to see some wildlife by now.

moose are cool. figures everythings bedded with it all frozen. toss out a salt block in the spring and i bet it's a party. looks like maine allows those until June 1, probably be gone long before then anyway.
