Bengals are 2-3, your thoughts?

Chargers got blown out.

Ravens look as bad as we do with less wins.

Arron Rodgers will probably get hurt any play now. Not that I wish that upon him or anything. He's just too old so the easiest prediction is that he will probably not make it the full season.

Browns lost but hung in there. That's kind of scary.

Even though we're blowing chunks right now. We're hanging in there with those two dirty wins.

Hopefully the Pats murk the Bills tonight. Hopefully the Jags beat the Cheifs.

We are not hanging in there, that means we are going something to stay with the leaders... we are not doing that at all.

Tennessee won now the #1 pick is within reach

Jackie Browning first half was abysmal, CTBs promises amounted to absolutely nothing once again aside from giving up TDs to scrubs. He couldn’t even stay with a 6’3” white guy, all hope is lost with him at this point. Physical tools but something not right with him.

The general play in the league is straight out shitty so far this season.

The Bengals are far behind that curve.

The worst thing that could happen to this team is for them to win enough games to save Taylor's job. Lose baby, lose!!!!

Hey Guys....u should be grateful the Brown family blessed the poor phlebans of Cincinnati with an opportunity to watch live NFL football...am I doing it right Go??

Thought, the only way Jake Browning goes is with a Mike Brown over ruling or Zac getting fired. Talking about QB trades til one of those 2 things happening is pie in the sky.

What the hell's a QAB trade?

When ya step back and look at it. We lost to what looks to be 3 top teams so far this season. If the Jags beat the Chiefs tomorrow then that will mean we beat one of the top teams so far this season. After we get clobbered by the cheese heads the schedule really softens up. Stealers and Jets we can beat. We could be 4-4 going into November facing the Bears. Then we get the Ravens twice and Stealers again.

We can get to 8-6 going into the final 3 weeks where we'll be facing the Dolphins, Cardinals and Browns.

Hey, I’ll have some of that Kool Aid you're drinking. :)

Seriously… I would love to be as optimistic but I can’t see it thus far. The D looks to be improving (a little) and yes - the offense showed some signs of life, finally - but I still don’t see much to suggest they’ll beat all but a few teams on the schedule. Jets, for example, are woeful but I don’t see much else. I truly don’t.

Browning is the 30th or worst starter in the league. Full stop. He was god-awful today with 3 bad INTs in minus territory and he’s holding the team way back. Any team, let alone this one, would be hard- pressed to win when that happens.

The OL flat out sucks. Tackles look slow and un-athletic. Gs might be good in time, but not now. Karras doesn’t have it, if he ever did.

The D, while improving, isn’t physical enough. Teams play pitch and catch and guys get schemed open consistently on crossers and in the flats… and while they aren’t giving up a lot of explosives, they are giving up 6-8 yard chunks consistently, and as a result, 3rd down conversions routinely. Runners get YAC far too often.

So, from where I sit, there isn’t much to be positive about - and this is coming from someone that is typically guilty of being Pollyanna on steroids when it comes to this team.

Oh, and on top of that, the return game stinks. Coverage hasn’t been good and I like Charlie Jones the player, but he hasn’t done much of anything so far.

And Ryan Rehkow needs to learn directional punting. He’s like the gorilla that can drive one 400 yards but the problem is, he does it on every shot. Slight embellishment… you get the idea.

Lastly, complementary football is great in principle - but the only place I’ve seen it thus far is from their opponents.

Rats got blown the hell out by Houston?! AFC South is kinda scrappy all of a sudden!

Oh right, the question was about the Cincinnati Bengals?

Don’t be fooled by the final score. The team was losing 28-3 at the start of the 4th quarter. Detroit was in full prevent mode by then. The only life they showed was due to the Lions plugging the ventilator back in.

dude srsly. for srs.

Can we all agree in advance not to make a "The Bengals are 3-7, what are your thoughts?" thread - should it come to that? So as to maybe not, I think, for everyone's sake? I'd prefer not to, really.

3-7? Who we beating? Asking for Harry so he can get his wager setup in advance.
