November 2, 2025Nov 2 Author comment_1810458 Final score predictions for Bears vs. Bengals in Week 9Chris RolingThe Cincinnati Bengals get yet another shot to possibly stay alive in the struggling AFC in Week 9 with the Chicago Bears in town. This time, though, the NFL’s trade deadline on Tuesday hovers in the background. Those Bengals have already guaranteed Mike Pennel his release. They’ve got a former third-round pick requesting a trade. And reports say they’re pondering honoring the trade request from Logan Wilson. If the Bengals fall to 3-6 with a loss and manage to blow it in an AFC North where Pittsburgh, a team they’ve already beaten, is 4-3 and leading the division, it’s worth wondering if they might even listen to calls on Trey Hendrickson. So, there’s much at stake. The Bears are 4-3 and winners in four of their last five. Caleb Williams has only thrown nine scores and four interceptions, but he’s notched 18 passes of 25-plus yards while No. 1 Rome Odunze has 10 plays of 20-plus yards and five scores. The Bengals have rediscovered a running game in recent weeks with Joe Flacco under center. But the veteran quarterback has been battling an injury all week, and while he’s expected to start, might not be 100 percent, which could limit the gameplan. Considering a miserable Al Golden-coordinated defense just let up 500-plus yards and 39 points to a formerly winless New York Jets team and the unit has dealt with even more trade requests this week after players-only meetings, it’s hard to find faith there. That would probably explain the bulk of the reasoning behind the Bears actually being road favorites in this one. Were Flacco 100 percent healthy, it might be worth predicting that the offense can overcome the defense and keep the Bengals alive. But that defense is a catastrophic problem years in the making that hasn’t inspired any confidence that it can turn things back for the better, even to league-average metrics. Prediction: Bears 30, Bengals 27https://bengalswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/bengals/2025/11/02/bears-bengals-final-score-predictions-week-9/87050520007/?taid=6907653643c85300010662d2&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter Report
November 2, 2025Nov 2 comment_1810472 I know that with Flacco's status and Trey's injury and Chicago's starting RB hurt and the weather being iffy, the Vegas lines have been all over the place. Nevertheless, I can... with ONE HUNDRED PERCENT CERTAINTY... tell you what the score of today's game will be before it even begins. This isn't a prediction, this isn't analysis, and this certainly isn't a guess. You can take this to the bank, because this is a FACT.0 - 0Thank you! I'll be here through Tuesday. Try the veal and be sure to tip your waitress. Report
