November 3, 2025Nov 3 Author comment_1811130 If we keep Henderson it would be foolish. The last salary negotiation was a train wreck. No way he re-signs or even tries to re-sign with this team with its current mid level Big 12 quality defense. Report
November 3, 2025Nov 3 comment_1811143 At this juncture, it should be a salary-dump for anybody not named Burrow/Chase/Higgins. They are stuck with the 1-year deals, but everyone else is on the table. Unlike MLB trade deadlines--buyers in the NFL aren't trading real talent (picks) for anything of diminished value. Trey--especially--would be a half-season rental (and banged up at that). Anything this team has to offer, would be met with--at best--lower value picks and/or players. Report
November 3, 2025Nov 3 comment_1811150 Pathetic thing is, say they trade him.... for pick(s). So what? Tobin and Potts are still making the picks. That gives you confidence, especially where they haven't shown (with a few exceptions... like 2/10 day 1-2 picks who look like they can play) they know talent? Insanity, truly. Report

FAs are going to be expensive and it's still Tobin signing those guys. At least the draft guys are cheaper.36 minutes ago, SF2 said:The only reason you don’t trade him now is you intend to tag and sign (would he?) or tag and trade (more likely) when there are more teams available to bid. That would be a bad morale move. Just set him free already, get some picks. Plural. Report

Seriously, other than Tre? Maybe you get a late-round pick swap for one or two of them. Just sad that several starters have next to zero value around the league. Speaks to the talent level in this team. But hey, Zac says they have the players and coaches to turn it around and be a good defense (I know, I get it… what else is he gonna say?). Report

November 4, 2025Nov 4 comment_1811207 No way Dallas is a buyer after getting beat by Cards. We are going to be stuck with Mr 30 Million Dollar Injury Man. I tried to tell everyone on here he was not worth it and should've traded him in the off season due to his age but was lambasted stating that and now look what the team is trying to do. Report
