The combo of Harbaugh and Lamar have only 3 playoff wins in 8 seasons. I’m guessing they decided the two of them had gone as far as they could and one of them needed to go. Throw in the fact that Lamar is a two time MVP under 30 along with a looming contract extension and it’s not surprising to see Harbaugh leave.

That's on his current contract. Dolphins, Tua, and new team will reach some agreement where the Dolphins pay part of the money he's owed and the new team assumes the balance. That will require Tua to sign a new contract to be traded. It's very doable if all the parties want it done.

Let’s be real Lost, Harbaugh will get offered WAY MORE than Mike is willing to pay. Same with Stefanski. And let’s not pretend having Burrow, Chase and Tee would cause these guys to give up 2-4 mil a year.

I dunno about that. He is owed like $55 mil next year and a lot in 2027 and 2028. What other party wants to take on a large part of that? I didn’t hear any players come to his defense when he got benched.

Harbaugh, no. First of all, I can’t stand the man personally. Second of all, his game time decision making leaves a lot to be desired.
