they do indeed feel Rivers is a long term solution at RG. i hope thats not this season of course, but lots of his film from college and work he put in last year has them expecting him to be the guy eventually. even they dont think its this season i dont think.

seems like a good smart guy who doesnt have a weird ass personality.. so thats something also. work ethic is also there they feel.

jokes aside, he is 100% that guy that they want(ed) to sit for 1-2 seasons refining his ability into the RG role. being talented enough to be slid at 4 spots in college and having good work either typically shoul translate into being able to be above average at one spot in the nfl ... will see if the timing and opportunity align for him.
