Ruling in NFLPA report card grievance includes 2025 criticisms as to 11 teams

I will be interested to see if the Browns invest any additional money for their facilities, either at the stadium or at their practice facility in Berea, with them building a new arena in Brook Park. Brook Park is a lot closer to the practice facility than downtown Cleveland is.

My brother works a stone’s throw from the Berea facility. At least from what he can tell on the outside…it’s pretty nice

It's very nice, at least what I've seen on the outside. I wonder if when the new stadium is built if they will continuing training and practicing there.

If they are that close together…would see no reason to change it. Then again…I’m not Jimmy

NFLPA 2026 report cards: See the results for all 32 teams

See the results of the NFL Players Association's 2026 report cards for all 32 teams.

They added new categories / expanded some categories....

As expected, the Bengals still failed with the Family and Cafeteria. Surprised that hiring that dietician / nutritionist actually lowered the grade (or maybe it didn't actually happen as it was reported). Apparently the field sucks ass too.

At least they weren't the Stealers, Cardinals or Browns who were the 3 lowest ranking teams....

What are they serving them, dog food???

Bollocks. I have eaten the food for the team’s premier events—such as the Wall of Fame reception (so has Amish, Jamie, and Spotto). It was more than delicious/varied/quality.

I will not believe what they feed their prize gladiators, would be any less than that.

These lying “raters” can go f themselves

Food was fine.

I am curious what the specifics of the complaint are, without knowing that the score doesn't mean much to me.

Don't they use a catering company for events like that? The cafeteria probably serves the same stuff to the players as to the ticket sellers.

I suspect the legal principle of “don’t ask a question that you don’t already know the answer” is being used here.

Aramark is the catering company for in-house Bengals events. There is no commentary I can find which states that Aramark also does the player care and feeding.

Draw your own conclusions I reckon.

I don't know the answer but from watching Hard Knocks with other teams, it looks like the cafeteria was used for all employees, including the players. I'd imagine there are stashes of gatorade and uncrustables, etc near the locker rooms that are player-only.

Doing online searches for information as to “NFL teams with cooks and kitchens” only yields some information over and above these infernal “grades” articles.

The franchises with confirmed “chefs” and “facilities” are:

KC

NYG

LAC

Raiders

WASH

Have no idea as To the others

Oh, Aramark. Their motto is "It's still good!"

Feeding 100+ 3x a day is serious business, particularly with better diagnosis of food allergies on top of pro athletes who are typically very picky about their fuel (Chad excepted) and often "loading" with 5 plates of pasta, if they're not on a smoothie fast or after some post-workout raw food thing etc etc.

Still, an F- is the not even trying of letter grades. I've served chili mac in a free kitchen that was at least a D+ so WTF are the Bengals doing?

Too often my conclusion is "the least".

Maybe they should serve chili mac..

What exactly is the daily menus?.

These report cards are silly and I can’t get worked up about them. The Bengals cafeteria apparently sucks and they do little to nothing for players families, but the coaches, training staff, strength coaches, locker room, and weight room all rank fairly high. Anyway, it doesn’t matter if you’re ranked high or low in these rankings when compared to on-field results. Does anyone really consider the Raiders a better organization than the Chiefs? Or the Dolphins over the Bills or Pats? I certainly don’t think so.

Only matters when they're trying to entice free agents away from signing with a team that offers all that stuff. Not like I give a shit if some multimillionaire has to pay for their own child care.. The Bengals defense needs an immediate influx of real NFL talent & for a franchise that's already carrying a reputation for being cut-rate this sort of thing doesn't help. Aside from that reality, yeah, cry me a fuckin' river. Unfortunately it does matter, though.
