The Bengals had the 35th graded DT in BJ Hill, the 83rd in Kris Jenkins, and the 112th in TJ Slaton. So replacing Slaton looks like the obvious need. But instead we sign 84th ranked Jonathan Allen to take snaps from Hill and Jenkins. And pay him 14 mil instead of paying Lloyd 15 or Chenal 8 or Ebiketie 7.5. It's just bad resource allocation. We're not asking them sign Franklin-Myers, but given they operate with a very low willingness to spend, why not fix the glaring holes with the money they are willing to spend? Now we're going into the draft needing to find starters among the college players. Report

None of them have shown much of anything to earn a start.& safe bet a rookie replaces one of them on the DL by midseason anyway.. let's hope it's not Hill or Mafe Report
