If Joey B and a few other restructure their deals then adding Bosa is not a problem. I'm sure the closer to the season the more motivated Bosa will be join a team that is one dynamic pass rusher away from being a top 10 unit.

Burrow would happily restructure his contract to free up more cap space. He is the only true franchise QB who's never had his contract restructured even once. But the front office has to actually want the extra space. I read today that they only have about 2M in cap space at the moment. Not enough for Bosa or Wagner or anyone really.

Who would you rather have? Dexter Lawrence or...Peter Woods?

According to former NFL scout Bryan Broaddus, his intel and sources told him that Peter Woods, the defensive tackle from Clemson, was going to be the pick at No. 10 if the Bengals didn’t trade out. That is new information, as many believed that Rueben Bain or Mansoor Delane were the most likely selections at that spot.

Which is why it's going to happen probably sooner than later, I really want to see where this roster will be in July.

BJ...brother...we have been on this site for over 2 fucking decades and we finally got your dancing bear!!!

Could it be in true GoT fashion that Sexy Dexy is the Prince who was Promised and not Burrow?? Is he the John Snow that we have been waiting for all this time? His appearance does align with the prophecy foretold in the Whodeyian Scriptures.

I love the trade but I'm giving it an A- 'cause I would have liked to get a little something more in that trade, like a 5th rd pick or maybe swap another rd with 'em to move up a few slots...but I'm good with it. My thing with this pick is that I wanted immediate impact from it. I did not want another "project". This pretty much guarantees that we';; get 2026 impact from our #1 pick

My thoughts exactly.

If that's true maybe they should trade away the rest of their picks because their draft board must be written in crayon

I guess they were hell bent on getting a DT. I hate when they draft based on position and not BPA. That's how you end up with guys like Jackson Carman and Jerome Simpson

Dane Brugler from The Athletic, when he mocked every single pick in the draft, actually had the Bengals selecting Peter Woods...only in the 2nd round. Cincinnati has been hopelessly chasing pass-rushing DTs for years now. Even their number one FA target from a pass-rushing DT. Had they actually landed Franklin-Myers (supposedly they finished as the runnerup) it may have changed the rest of their offseason.

Of course if Woods is STILL there at 41, the Bengals might STILL take Woods and leave the rest of their holes open.

and Stewart, and Jenkins, and, and, and.. And they should stop doing that.

It's also being reported that #10 was offered to the Raiders for Crosby, but were beaten out by the fakesies no takebacks two 1st rounders offer by the Ravens the Bengals weren't willing to meet. So they've been willing to move the pick for some time.

I counterpoint that with a foreseeable resurrection in Jonathan Coopers production.

I agree with ya, btw 👍

The presence of DLaw will make that entire unit much better.

i really dont know how anyones opinion can be taken seriously if you still, have 10+ years are still acting like mike brown is part of any of these deals.

Fair enough but why is Mike Brown the person releasing the official statement about Duke and Zach are returning in 2026? Definitely seems like he’s still involved unless it’s an elaborate ruse.

When things go right he's involved, when things go wrong he retired 20 years ago.

From the fans point of view it is the opposite of above lol.

Doing mocks and Baine and Downs are there...often Mesodore. I like the player but its tough to know we me have traded away the chance at those three.

I agree to an extent. I don't think either of those players will be as impactful as D. Law for the next 3 years. If anything, we've missed on potentially future building blocks (2nd contracts), but this team's window is now.

Plus, having to go up against him in practice may make our OL better.

Just a thought.

There are like 3 different media sources claiming that the Bengals were prepared to take Peter Woods at pick 10.

100%. If you can figure out how to block that monster, you can block anybody!
