These strength of schedule projections are worthless to me because every year a team comes out of nowhere and blows up that projection.

For example, most people thought the Sam Darnold lead Seahawks would be an average at best team, especially with the way Darnold performed to finish up the 2024 season with the Vikings....we all know playing the Seahawks was not an easy win...Same for the Pats, no one had them as a tough game on the schedule this time last year, but they went 7-1 on the road and beat teams that were predicted to make the playoffs(Bills, Ravens, and Bucs) in 2025.

Yup, its impossible to really know what the sos is because each team is a new team the following year.

Its why I usually dont get a feel on what it actually is going to look like until around week 6, by that time most teams have shown enough that you can get an idea of who is good and who isnt.

Rumors going around that the Bengals will finally play their first international game. Burrow, who is one of the most well-known players in Europe, has been wanting a game overseas for years.

If it actually does happen, it will be against the Commanders in London or versus the Falcons in Madrid. One plus about a possible international game would be turning a road outing into a neutral site game. The Bengals are officially set to play 8 home games, 9 road games this year.

I hope the league is paying attention to what Joe said and gives us the Thanksgiving game in Cincinnati

Yes, really. We have played them there in prime time 5 years in a row. I can't remember the last time we hosted them in prime time.

We’ve played 2 international games before. 2016 against Washington (a tie) and 2019 against the Rams(a loss).
