2026 Bengals Schedule discourse

Sad to see, the NFL has turned to full blown greed while they ignore their fan base at losing a home game and their taxpayers.

i think theyd argue that they added a game, and are about to add another.. so any stadium deals based on this or that are still based on the schedule home games at the time..

I beg to differ, I lived there for 4 years but maybe you know something I do not. They despised Americans and still do to this day. Spain is a Beauitful country though. Don't get me wrong, I would love to go back to see what has changed.

everyone dispises americans that doesnt need them to survive on tourism.. we are the absolute fucking worst at everything.

I like that potential bye week timing...

Sure. I have only visited a few times.

I really enjoyed Spain but like everywhere, there are negatives. I’m sure I’d experience them more intensely if I were to live there.

you just made my point; they are catering for a foreign country and city and not the US Citizen Taxpayers. So, adding games only causes issues from players being jet lagged to injuries, etc... but hey, it is all for the game that is supposed to be a US game and now a foreign game too. it is all about MONEY and nothing else. If they are going to expand like this, then pay for your own stadiums and not be subsidized from taxpayers.

I think this is correct.

Week 1 Tampa Bay

Week 2 @ Houston

Week 3 @ Pittsburgh

Week 4 Jacksonville

Week 5 @Miami

Week 6 bye week

Week 7 @Baltimore

Week 8 Tennessee

Week 9 @Atlanta (in Madrid)

Week 10 Pittsburgh (SNF)

Week 11 @ Washington (MNF)

Week 12 New Orleans

Week 13 Cleveland

Week 14 Kansas City

Week 15 @Carolina

Week 16 @Indianapolis

Week 17 Baltimore (TNF)

Week 18 @Cleveland

If you believe that Baltimore is the biggest division challenger the Bengals will face, then the schedule makers put Cincinnati in the best possible scenarios to win head-to-head. Not just because of the Thursday NYE game in Cincinnati, but the road game in Baltimore after a bye as well. While most feel it would be better to have the bye week in the middle of the season rather than early or late, Baltimore gains no real advantage there either. Their bye week comes extremely late in the year, not near midseason.

The Bengals do face some really tough, physical defenses on the road early in the year, especially week 2 at Houston and then a week later at Pittsburgh. They need to win at least one of those games.

and the Bengals get screwed again, and failed to mention, 3 back-to-back road games.

I will just say, the NFL Network releasing the schedule was horrible. They were all over the place. Having the Blonde run the show was terrible. I had to turn if off after 5 minutes.

of course its all about money. everything is about money. thats all anything is anywhere ever... do the players want more and more money? yes, so theyll need to go play in the burmuda triangle so the nfl can charge for the new Pluto NFL sunday ticket package.

Ummm...what 3 back to back road games?

The ones that say AT. Not really back to back per say, but back to back with no home game in between. Just to clear my comment up. That is compared to the one back to back home game the NFL so kindly gave us at the very end of the season. How nice of them to do so. Sarcasm

And that is why I do not buy it anymore. Now I have to watch them on bootleg for the first 7 games because I refuse to pay their over charging price. I have the ability to pay it, but I refuse. I may get lucky to see them one time on national TV so called live and not delayed but I doubt it.

I would rather have a later bye week, but having it the week before playing at Baltimore is a fair trade off. The early schedule is tough. On the road at HOU, PIT, and BAL in the first 6 games is going to be a challenge. It’s impossible to know right now if teams like WAS or IND will be contenders, but the schedule is much more favorable starting Week 8.
