They also knew that replacing them meant new people asking why they do things a certain way unlike the rest of the league.

So the first point of change should be how they operate. Until they started that, Tobin and Taylor had excuses for poor performance.

I think Erick All may be my favorite player on the entire team. This is not some fake “tough guy” routine in this short locker room video. No, his words could not possibly be more sincere. James Casey, the tight end coach and (as of this season) the run game coordinator as well, should have Erick All speak in front of his position group in every meeting. If listening to All talk about football doesn’t inspire finesse TEs like Gesicki/Hudson to want to knock the defender across from them on their asses, then nothing ever will.

the closest thing this organization has to a so-called "hot seat" is joe pitching a fit. without him its a rec league team where everyone gets a juice box for doing their gosh-golly very best.

You can see it in the way he plays the game. Very physical player that blocks his ass off and looks like he enjoys hitting people. Love the guy, and pray he stays healthy. As far as him being able to motivate the other guys to be more physical, probably not going to happen. You either have that dog in you or you don`t. But Gesicki gets a pass, cause he has that dog in him, but more in the receiver mold. He has been a great addition and happy they brought him back.
