The Bengals were at 87 players entering today. Now they're at 90 with three signings: DE Raymond Johnson, LB Tegray Scales (was on the practice squad last year) and DT Domenique Davis.

The Bengals didn't have as much depth on the D-Line, and this addresses that issue.
