Ryan Finley's age (24) was the biggest analytical red flag I had on him. Otherwise, he was productive enough to pass and had the experience the Bengals like (3,000 snaps).
He makes a few throws every game that are nice, but makes his mistakes too. Average talent. Decent deep.
