do a board based on character/passion as a hobby...have coached for over 20 years..son was an all American in soccer  just know the best athlete isn't the one who usually succeeds in sports

In my world character and or passion for football  equal 50% or more who succeeds or fails...spend that much time reading bios, looking at college majors, watching interviews and looking at prospect facebook/instagram posts to put together  my list.....expect to find some players out of orders vs other boards that just use game tape

also post my list of the 60 who will succeed..1/3 of 1st will fail ., 1/2 of 2nd and it only gets worse..basically 20 from rd one, 20 from 2 & 3 and 20 from 4th through udfa
