What should the Reds do now to begin to rebuild this franchise?

I say keep the team as it is maybe get rid of a few of those crap pitchers if we can get something out of it....but keep the batters the same till next year...also i think we should resign randa....

Lineup of the next few years can still be
1. Freel 2b
2. Lopez ss
3. Casey 1b
4. Griffey CF
5. Randa 3B
6. Dunn LF
7. Pena RF
8. Larue C
