Guest bengalrick Posted September 2, 2005 Report Share Posted September 2, 2005 since when is it up to the federal gov't to do everything... if a road goes out in my state, the STATE takes care of it... if a bridge goes bad, the STATE takes care of it... the STATE is to fault mostly for this...
