Apparently the guy has been turning heads.  Don't really see why you should hate on the guy.  He is putting himself out there trying to sell mustard, as strange as that is.  That commercial though....

Nah,  ot hating on the kid.  Not at all.  Just seems a little premature to me to get into commercialization during his first preseason.  I mean, it's not like he's won 24 straight preseason games in a row.  : )

Like I said to the last guy who went down this road; it sounds like you've given the subject quite a lot of thought.

Hey, some people like Bud Light in spite of their parent company's misguided self-destructive promotion. If they're willing to give away nearly a million bucks' worth of Sunday Ticket, folks are welcome to separate Anheuser-Busch from their money.

    : )

For those of us not in the WLWT viewing area, the match is streaming live on Peacock.

Sure, it's in Spanish, but it's still easy to follow, just like watching Saturday morning cartoons with my kid in DC 15 years ago on the local Mexican station:

    Bobe El Constructor,

    Bobe El Constructor,

If you're into controversial beers, Bud Light is giving away two-thousand free Sunday Ticket subscriptions in a desperate attempt to.... well.. I think we all know why, lol.

All you have to do is give them your personal information for a chance at a prize subscription, and for the guarantee of Bud Light-related spam.

    I need student pricing ASAP

Patience, grasshopper.  The YouTube is moving at the speed of molasses on this:

We’re also excited to be introducing student plans for NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube Primetime Channels within the next week, so stay tuned for more information! I’ll provide updates on this thread. As always, thanks for all the feedback!

^ that was posted 6 days ago as I type this.  If they're to be believed, info will come out tomorrow... maybe Thursday.   If they're NOT to be believed.... Friday, since it was reported "last week" that student pricing would be available "next week".

FYI - Verizon also has free NFL Sunday Ticket:

Here are a few ways you can quality for a free subscription:

    • Become a new Verizon mobile customer, make an eligible phone purchase, and enroll in an Unlimited Plus plan.
    • Be a current Verizon mobile customer, make an eligible phone upgrade, and upgrade to an Unlimited Plus plan or add a new line to your Unlimited Plus plan.
    • Become a new Verizon Home Internet customer and sign up for a Fios 1 Gig, Fios 2 Gig, 5G Home Plus, or LTE Home Plus plan.

Heh.  Signing up directly with a carrier like ATT or Verizon SHOULD come with freebies.  I pay $15 a month for Verizon coverage thru an MVNO.... versus, what, $50-60?  The hundreds I'm saving annually would pay for Sunday Ticket ..  just like the hundreds their subscribers are unnecessarily paying could.

    Lol

  7. The Veteran Committee is meeting right now.  They will nominate up to three players, and no player ever nominated by them has NOT been selected to the Hall.  So, in essence, this is the day Kenny hopefully gets in.

    I predict these three:

Ken Anderson - All he did during his 16-year career was lead the NFL in passer rating four times.

Randy Gradishar - A pivotal member of Denver's "Orange Crush" defense during the 1970s and '80s.

Sterling Sharpe - Simply a great player. During his era, only the greatest receiver of all time – Jerry Rice – was better.

with Al Wistert - the best lineman on a team that reached the championship game three years in a row. He should've been elected to the Hall decades ago - as the man next up if any of these three aren't selected.
