You would think so, wouldn’t you.

However, I have seen very little evidence over the last few seasons that we pay ANY attention to the TEs.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor says wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase hasn’t been ruled out for Saturday’s game at Pittsburgh.

Asked today about a report that Chase will miss at least one game with a separated shoulder, Taylor said it’s too soon to determine that.

“We’ll see how the week goes,” Taylor said.

Chase is the Bengals’ leading receiver with 93 catches for 1,156 yards and seven touchdowns this season. The Bengals, whose season seemed to be all but over when Joe Burrow suffered a season-ending wrist injury, have surprisingly won three straight games with Jake Browning at quarterback and are now in the thick of the AFC wild card race. They’d love to have Chase on the field in Pittsburgh on Saturday, and Taylor isn’t ruling that out.

Possible translation: Yes, he will not play on Saturday.  However, we don’t want Pissturd to know that until the last possible minute, so that they have to utilize practice time preparing for Ja’Marr being on the field.

I also loved how Mike Hilton ran along the sidelines with him…😎

I just want to add that as much as I love Hilton running along the sidelines with Boyd, he was beyond the zone that players are restricted to, and was actually in the way of an official.

If he does that again this weekend in Pissturd, you can bet he’ll get flagged for it.

i LOVE the enthusiasm, but you gotta be smart about it.  🦗

[Amazon] AWS, lol. Constant commercials for it you know.

So it’s set up by Amazon…for Amazon to make more money.  🥷 Then I guess it makes sense to try to keep the largest-market NY Giants alive longer by scheduling them against the defending NFC Champions for Weeks 16 and 18.  🥷   I guess they figured making it Weeks 17 and 18 might raise eyebrows…

They have over 20,000 “rules” in the algorithm.  I would suggest that they simply change the one that says games between the same division opponents should be at least two weeks apart to seven or eight weeks apart (or even just five or six weeks).  Just change one number in the algorithm.

[Personally, I’m also not much of a fan of the Week 1 & Week 18 pairing (like Bengals/Browns this season) and would also recommend the addition of a “not more than XX weeks apart” rule (perhaps 12 or 13 weeks).  But maybe that’s just me.]
